Analysis of openness budget of the Russian Federation

This article examines the planned, according to the state program, and the achieved indicators of the Open Budget Index and the budget policy of Russia. Analyzed the level of openness of the budget of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of budget policy in Russia are determined based on the definition of bottlenecks in the field of openness of budget data.
