Analysis of foaming properties of model FOAM systems based on plant raw materials

The present study aims to identify the potential uses of plant-based raw materials such as pumpkins, carrots, and apples to create sustainable foaming systems. Laboratory tests confirmed the effectiveness of the selected types of raw materials and allowed us to identify the key factors affecting the formation and stability of foam. The methodology and stages of formulation optimization aimed at achieving high performance characteristics of foaming systems are described.
