Analysis of prospects for the introduction and management of processes for the production of plastic disposable tableware from recycled materials

The study examines the features of the opening of production related to medium-sized businesses, which is aimed at recycling waste into secondary material resources, in particular, the processing of polyethylene waste and the production of disposable cups from them. Thus, waste is the raw material for production activities and the creation of a new product with a certain commodity value. The study provides brief information on business planning of this type of activity, expressed in the calculation of financial costs, reflected in the description of the technological process and consideration of the main types of equipment and production line. In this case, the business idea is innovative and will allow us to consider this business as an innovative project. The evaluation of the profitability of the investment showed that the project is cost-effective, its payback period will be 13 years. The average production volume will amount to 948 thousand units of plastic cups, for all of them there is a sales market, that is, this project is effective and profitable and will allow achieving positive profitability indicators. The development of medium-sized enterprises related to waste processing is a promising type of production activity that allows you to apply environmental, economic and social effects, which corresponds to the concept of sustainable development and allows you to develop the principles of waste-free production in the industry. The use of waste processing technologies is a promising direction of the future, allowing to improve the indicators of socio-economic development of the region, create a favorable environmental environment, get additional profit through the use of secondary raw materials as material value and create a system for processing harmful and environmentally hazardous waste.
