Analysis of approaches to planning the digital transformation of rocket and space industry enterprises

In the current conditions of the consequences of unprecedented large-scale sanctions of the EU and the United States against Russia, the digital transformation of enterprises of high-tech industries in general and the rocket and space industry in particular is one of the priority directions of their development. This is especially true of possible ways and directions of increasing the productivity and competitiveness of industries - reducing the duration of the cycle of managerial decision-making, increasing their balance and consistency, reducing the complexity of business processes, increasing labor productivity, timely identification of bottlenecks and their elimination. All this is possible only if there are well-structured processes for planning digital transformation processes. In this regard, within the framework of this article, we will consider and analyze existing approaches to digital transformation planning, identify the most relevant approaches for use in the current economic conditions.
