Analysis of polymorphisms in genes of biotransformation of xenobiotics

Brief annotation. The article highlights the risk factors for breast cancer. It has been shown that significant use of alcohol, smoking, family burdens as well as certain genotypes of xenobiotic biotransformation genes (GSTM, GSTT, GSTP) are associated with an increased risk of oncopathology. Refusal from smoking, alcohol, prevention of obesity, maintenance of sufficient level of physical activity significantly reduce this risk.
