The effect of the visco-plastic medium on the stretch forming alloy D16, which was conducted using the program ANSYS / LS-DYNA. Created two rheological behavior of the material during plastic deformation, especially for anisotropic slab EPD model Barlata able elastic-plastic body under strain hardening, and as the next to freshly-slab EVP-model can elastoviscoplastic body. In the analysis of the simulation results were showed consistency with the experimental data, which, in principle, can explain the possible rupture of the shell due to the localization of thinning of the slab in the process of shaping is stretch forming.
