The analysis of effects of earthquakes in the Baikal rift zone

The analyses of the information on emergencies, taking into account the structure and dynamics of their changes related to the seismic events, as well as technogenic accidents by being basic sources of emergencies and representing essential threat to the safety of citizens, economy and, consequently, for sustainable development and national security of the Russian Federation.
