The article examines the dynamics and structure of customs payments to the federal budget for the export of oil and petroleum products, and concludes that the reduction in the amount of payments charged for export is primarily due to a sharp change in the global energy markets, a drop in prices for hydrocarbons and the volume of export of hydrocarbons against the background of the implementation of the "tax maneuver".
