Analysis of excise tax receipts to the federal budget of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the receipt of excise taxes to the federal budget. The author analyzes the tax rates on excise taxes, which periodically change upward, creating a tendency to increase the tax burden on the consumer. In this regard, the article proposes measures to redistribute the tax burden in order to support the population.
