Analysis of the provision of intellectual services in Russia

The article analyzes the problem of providing intellectual services. In our country there are all opportunities that should be used in the implementation of tasks in the maintenance of manufacturers, providing high-quality intellectual product. The Russian state really have to pay attention to the “Quaternary" sector of the economy in order to effectively manage the state in economy and providing the population with high-quality intellectual services.
