Analysis of prerequisites for formation of sector innovational clusters in the Krasnodar territory

The article deals with the state of innovative infrastructure of the region in order to develop the methods of innovative clusters' formation. One of the reasons of low effectiveness of innovational enterprises' functioning in Kuban is various dependence on government authorities. The author thinks that development of economy of the Krasnodar Territory is possible by development of regional innovational industrial parks and sector clusters, in particular, agricultural and power-producing. An official ban on import of agricultural products from countries, supporting sanctions against Russia, may encourage innovation development of agricultural enterprises.
