Analysis of the application of customs duties in relation to passenger cars imported by individuals into the customs territory of the EAEU

When importing passenger cars into the customs territory of the Union, a list of regulations, instructions, and federal laws regulating this procedure is applied. The article examines the dynamics of passenger car imports for 2018-2020, customs payments and taxes in respect of passenger cars imported into the territory of the Union. The main reasons for the reduction in the import of passenger cars by individuals are outlined.
