Analysis of the problems of budget federalism in Russia

The article deals with the problems of budgetary federalism in the Russian Federation. An analysis of the root causes and consequences is carried out. An assessment of the effectiveness of the current system is carried out, it is proved that the current practice of budgetary regulation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities continues to be in dire need of further improvement. The data are given that allow making assumptions about the prospects for the development of inter budgetary relations. The theoretical and practical aspects of the chosen topic are considered.
