Analysis of the problems of applied research diversification in the knowledge-intensive industry, taking into account the possibilities of using the experimental and polygonal base

The object of the work is the management process of diversification of applied research and development in terms of planning the diversification of the use of experimental and polygonal base. The article proposes an approach to determining the rational conditions for diversification of the use of experimental base in order to improve the validity of decisions. The results of the research are of practical interest for the enterprises of knowledge-intensive industries and are aimed at improving the efficiency of planning and realization of applied research and development.
