Analysis of problems and conditions of effective operation of innovative infrastructure facilities

Today there are many infrastructure facilities that can be classified as innovative. But, unfortunately, they do not bring the effect when the economy of our country can be called an economy of an innovative type. And there are many reasons for this. Based on the analysis of the objects of innovative development existing in Russia, problems were identified that reduce the effectiveness of their activities, and some ways of solving these problems were identified. The principles of its planning and implementation of activities are formulated that can bring this type of infrastructure facilities to a new level. In addition, the directions of activity of the institutions for supporting innovations are outlined, which, in our opinion, will contribute to the growth of innovative activity of all business entities.
