Analysis of problems of project management application in justification of management decisions of expansion in the service sphere

In the presented article, the features of project management for expanding activities in the service sector are considered, and a definition of the concept of a project for expanding activities in the service sector is proposed. The study made it possible to identify the factors that determine the need to develop a project at an enterprise. The tasks of developing an enterprise development project are also highlighted.
