According to foreign social psychology the relationship of subjective and objective causes of interpersonal conflict is considered in the given article. On the basis of the analysis which was made in the article the scheme of interpersonal conflict analysis is given taking into account the following: the interaction of subjects" conflict, the meaning of close or reference group and social situation in which interpersonal conflict takes place.
