Analysis of problem of reduction of ecological risks during varnish-and-paint waste generation in the Samara region

Problem of reduction of impact of technical systems to biosphere by recycling waste of painting and varnish materials (PWM) is considered. Program provision allowing to estimate toxicity of PWM is described. On the basis of theoretical and experimental analysis of PWM waste the optimal technology of PWM waste recycling and disposal are offered.
