Results of theoretical researches of process of work of a hydrodynamical heater of milk in a line of its pasteurization are presented. Characteristics of a stream of milk in radial channels and cells of a flowing part of such heater are considered. Dependences for definition of thickness a layer of milk, its speed and efficiency of a heater are received.
