Analysis of the processes of formation and implementation of investment and construction megaprojects in the oil refining industry

The article deals with the implementation of investment and construction projects in the oil refining industry. The investment activity in the sphere of construction in Russia is analyzed. Relevant aims and tasks in the field of industrial construction are considered. The main processes are highlighted within the implementation of investment and innovation projects. Some problems in the implementation of megaprojects in industrial construction are revealed. In this regard, the authors point out that there is the need for a more comprehensive development of the subsoil by applying the principles of rational use of subsoil, as well as by identifying the priority areas of development and efficiency in all the areas, which are associated with the extraction, processing, transportation and use of mineral raw materials for the production of products with high added value.
