The article studies organization of food retail chains in the Khabarovsk Territory and considers efficiency assessment of the chain establishments on the basis of their involvement in the chain’s general activities. The undertaken research states advantages and disadvantages of the food retail chains management in the Khabarovsk Territory and develops an approach to assessment of the certain chain subject’s involvement in the chain’s common activities.
