Analysis of the result-focused incentives of labor supply by the regional authorities of the Chukotka autonomous district

The article considers consecutive measures of the regional authorities aimed to encourage labor supply in the Chukotka Autonomous District by means of the regional special purpose programs. The author concludes that in spite of the general social focus of the undertaken measures, the incentives' results impact on the state of the regional labour market and intensify the processes which can't be regulated by the market relations in Chukotka.
