Analysis of carrying out customs examination in the activities of the FCS of Russia

A customs examination is appointed in cases when, for the clarification of certain issues, highly specialized knowledge is required during customs control. Customs examination is a special scientific and practical study conducted by experts to solve customs problems. The article analyzes the examinations and studies conducted by the customs authorities of Russia, during which the tasks of resolving disputes during customs control and various customs operations are solved. Carrying out the examination, the state rather strictly regulates the rules of customs clearance of goods and establishes a regulated regime for the movement of goods across the state border. The article identifies the problems of conducting examinations and considers measures to solve them.
