Analysis of ways to assess injury risk of means of mechanization of AIC processes

It is presented the results of research on the analysis of effective ways to assess the injury hazard of means of mechanization of agro-industrial complex processes, substantiated the objective necessity of these measures. It is noted that it is dictated by the constant (annual) presence for centuries of lethal, severe and temporary disability injuries in almost all types of economic activity. In support of the foregoing, an analysis of the situation over the last 13 years of the current century has been carried out in general for all types of economic activity, including the agro-industrial complex. Attention is drawn to group accidents, as well as a significant number of annual concealments of accidents (including fatal and serious ones), which distorts statistics and makes it difficult to develop targeted preventive measures. It is noted that despite the general picture of a dynamic decrease in injuries, its level remains quite high, which indicates the insufficiency of modern methods and means for effective prevention of injuries and diseases. The study of the state of affairs with the problem under consideration in the agro-industrial complex confirmed its identity with the general dynamics of injuries. Attention is paid to working conditions and harmful production factors that form the likelihood of injury. The issues of dynamic growth of financing of labor protection measures in the country are considered. In connection with the above, attention is paid to the analysis of ways to assess the injury hazard of means of mechanization of the agro-industrial complex processes, the generation of which is associated with man-machine systems. The named paths are subject to a brief analysis; the need for their improvement was noted in order to substantiate effective preventive measures in order to dynamically reduce and eliminate industrial injuries in the country as a whole, and especially in its agro-industrial complex, which ensures food security of the population.
