The analysis of development of branches of agriculture and food market of Krasnoyarsk region

Modern paradigm of regional development is based on own production and formation of sales markets. Central problem of the research is the de-velopment of agrarian sector of Krasnoyarsk Region. For 2016 according to the reports of the Ministry of Agriculture of Krasnoyarsk Region, essential increase in the production of products of agriculture was reached. In the study the analysis of current state of branches of agriculture of the region and balance of food resources is carried out. Methodical base of research was made by methods of the system and logical analysis of statistical data. The analysis of resource providing, efficiency of agricultural branches, food balance is carried out. The growth of agricultural production in general in Krasnoyarsk Region, productivity of crops, increase in food resources should be noted. But in the course of research also key problems in the sphere of agricultural production are allocated. It is defined that current growth in branches of agriculture has unstable character. In the studied pe-riod the reduction of the occupied in agriculture for 23.3 %, the increase in load of 1 tractor by 208 hectares, the growth of share of unprofitable farms to 39.7 % is revealed. More than 50 % of of agricultural items production are the share of personal subsidiary farms of the population. For further devel-opment the effective measures promoting the growth of labor productivity and technological equipment of agricultural production are required. The priority directions of development of agriculture of Krasnoyarsk Region are offered: the increase of staffing of agrarian and industrial complex, the for-mation of sales channels of production for the population, the support of in-troduction of resource-saving technologies. Besides, it is necessary to recon-sider subsidizing mechanisms for the purpose of stimulation of cooperation between producers of agricultural production in small business.
