Analysis of the implementation of the agro-industrial development strategy

Agricultural production throughout the history of the development of society has been a key branch of social material production and largely determines the standard of living of the main part of not only the rural, but also the urban population. Currently, the agricultural sector is a rather complex, open, multi-level and multi-purpose socio-economic system. On the one hand, it is a set of structural elements, and on the other hand, it is a subsystem at the macro level that provides the population with food, and industry with raw materials. In our country, the Strategy for the Development of the Agro-Industrial and Fisheries Complexes of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 is being implemented, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 12, 2020 No. 993-r, taking into account the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018 No. 204 “On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024” and Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 21, 2020 No. 20 “On Approval of the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation” In our study, we will analyze the implementation of these important regulatory documents.
