Analysis of control of reservation lands for public needs

The article provides an analysis of regulatory mechanisms for the reservation of land for public purposes; named entities, which requires mandatory harmonization of reserve lands. Also, a draft federal law on amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the changes - to determine the conditions for the use of reserved land by imposing restrictions in the implementation of the owners, landowners, land users and tenants of business or in carrying out orders the land.
