Analysis of results and comparison of surgical treatment decompensated rubtsov and ulcerative duodenal stenosis

The experience of surgical treatment of 112 patients with decompensated cicatricial-ulcerative stenosis of duodenal ulcer. 82 patients completed radical duodenoplastika as the first stage of surgical treatment aimed at restoring motor-evacuation and secretory functions of the stomach. 30 patients underwent resection of 2/3 of the stomach in various versions. A comparative evaluation of methods of surgical treatment of decompensated cicatricial-ulcerative stenosis, analyzed early postoperative complications and long-term pathological syndromes.
