With adverse economic factors, any organization retains the ability to survive in times of crisis, which causes risk and uncertainty. Risk and uncertainty are common to all mankind, which are associated with many factors that influence a positive outcome in the course of decision-making by people in a production environment. As history shows, the risk situation in case of non-receipt of the planned results is the specificity of economic relations, the competitiveness of economic turnover. Due to the development of commodity-money relations, different theories of risk are formed, and classical economic theory pays special attention to the difficulties of analyzing risk in business. Intense competition, the development of technological solutions and the theme of the most complicated management of organizations are interrelated with the formation of new risks for enterprises, which requires quality management. Effective management of entrepreneurial structures in modern times is not seen without special analytical methods, which are based on theoretical and practical skills to manage risks and uncertainty. The economic crisis has revealed difficulties in inefficient management in a multitude of domestic organizations. Problem solving risk management needs to be implemented in the enterprise.
