Analysis of risks to the economic safety of regions of the Privolzhsky federal district in context of influence of digital economy

The main objective purpose of this paper work is to detect and classify the risks of economic safety of regions of the Privolzhsky federal district, which are determined by development of digital economy. The grouping of types of risks for the economic safety of the region was carried out. Based on the analysis of strategies of socio-economic development of the regions of the Privolzhsky federal district, it was determined that the risks created by the digital economy include, first of all, personal risks in condition of digital inequality. Empirical confirmation of the relevance of the growing risks of digital inequality was carried out using correlation analysis.
