The article emphasizes the critical importance and relevance of the development and implementation of advanced technologies in the process of well construction in the Russian Federation, especially in conditions of increased geological complexity and the importance of minimizing environmental damage. With the withdrawal of foreign companies from the Russian drilling market, issues of national self-sufficiency in the development and application of drilling technologies are coming to the fore.
