The analysis and forecasting of the real estate market

The article deals with the real estate market, in particular, the prediction of prices on this market. The authors consider the features of the real estate market, as well as the stages of the real estate market analysis, the final of which is the prediction of market development. It is noted that it is desirable to predict not only the prices but also the supply and demand in the real estate market. Also, the paper presents the trend forecasts of the housing market prices in Vladivostok. The authors believe that the linear trend is the best for price predictions.
