Personnel training market analysis for the film and television sphere in Russia

The article presents the results of the educational services market analysis forpersonnel training for the sphere of film and television in Russia in the context ofthe enlarged groups in the specialist field. The authors analyzed the data of highereducational institutions engaged in training for the audiovisual sphere, and thegiven student body enrolled in the considered specialist field. As a result of thestudy, the average number of specialists in the context of specialist field currentlyemployed in the production of the annual volume of audiovisual products in Russiaand the age structure of employees were calculated. Based on the data obtained,the authors conclude that in the medium and long term there will be a shortage ofpersonnel in the film and television field.
