Analysis of the labor market in the Russian Federation in the context of the fourth industrial revolution

As a result of the mass introduction of technologies and inventions into the production process, which appeared in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution, the requirements of employers for employees are changing. This article analyzes the labor market in the Russian Federation and identifies professions for which, due to the current conditions in the labor market, there is a decrease or increase in demand. At the end of this article, state policy measures to reduce unemployment in the Russian Federation in connection with the fourth industrial revolution were identified, which include informing the population about the situation on the labor market, creating new jobs in certain sectors of the economy, and others.
