Fintech is rapidly developing sector in economics. However, due Fintech being relatively new phenomenon on the market, its nature is not yet well researched and can result to be problematic for certain market participants. A review of the fintech technology market was conducted, major transactions and major changes in fintech technology were considered. In addition, charts were compiled necessary for the analysis of these transactions.
