Selenium analysis in soil by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

Бесплатный доступ

The prospects of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy are demonstrated for selenium in soil. Selenium in soil is important for human and animal health, so it is necessary to control its concentration. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy shows a good sensitivity to most chemical elements and provides fast and remote measurements. The author acquired laser plasma spectra for soil with selenium and calculated the limit of detection.
