Research relevance: surgery for laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a standard treatment with the main advantage of rapid recovery. The technique is considered safe with a minimal conversion rate to open surgery. Research purpose: to study the comparative evaluation of simultaneous and isolated laparoscopic surgery in patients with cholelithiasis. Research materials and methods: EFA-MEDIKA (St. Petersburg, Russia) and KARL STORZ (Germany) laparoscopic equipment in combination with a video endoscopic camera were used as a minimally invasive technology. Preoperative preparation of patients for laparoscopic surgery was carried out using instrumental methods: an electrocardiogram to assess the state of the cardiovascular system, fluorography to exclude the pathology of the chest organs, and ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs to identify gallbladder calculi and verify the diagnosis. Research results: a comparative assessment showed that one-stage laparoscopic operations for cholelithiasis have advantages as removal of the gallbladder and at the same time additional removal of the pathology of other organs of the abdominal cavity or small pelvis or retroperitoneal space with cholesticytectomy. In addition, one-stage laparoscopic surgery is cost-effective for patients, does not require re-examination of patients, and can reduce the duration of temporary disability of patients. Conclusions: in simultaneous laparacopic operation more than two organs can be operated with a reduction of postoperative hospital stay days.
