The article is devoted to the analysis of content management systems. The concept of “Content Management System (Content)”, their types is considered. Comparison of the most popular systems: Joomla, WordPress, 1C Bitrix, MODX, Drupal. At the end of the article, a conclusion is drawn about the most appropriate content management system for an information site.
