Analysis of resource management system of housing and utilities infrastructure: case study of the GOP "Kalugaoblvodokanal" warranty organization

The article presents the analysis of the water management system in the municipaldistricts of the region by the example of the largest resource provider of the region. The disadvantages of modern methods of the Rosstat on the analysis of the water supply network are presented. The author suggests the development of a methodology for creating the criteria for assessing the degree of priority and the need for modernization of water supply facilities in municipal areas, based on data that are freely available and use external factors in relation to the enterprise, such as the population of municipal districts, the number of enterprises experiencing the need of technical and drinking water, as well as the land.
