Analysis of the socio-economic development of the regions of the Siberian federal district

The article considered the administrative-territorial division of the Siberian Federal District (SFD), carried out the zonal division of the territory of the SFD, taking into account the specifics of the climate, types of economic activity and territorial distribution of the population. The analysis of the development of the subjects of the federation of the Siberian Federal District, which are included in the Siberian conurbation, is carried out. Certain functional roles in the Siberian conurbation are proposed for each region.
