Analysis of the socio-labour indicators of consumer market development of the Ivanovo region

The consumer market is an important element of the regional economy. Direct participants of the consumer market are enterprises and organizations of trade, public catering, consumer services and end consumers. The state and development of the consumer market of the territory is determined by the influence of many different factors. One of the approaches that allow us to consider the impact of many factors on the consumer market is the resource-flow. With all the variety of factors affecting the regional consumer market, a significant role belongs to the social and labor resources, which are represented by the population of the region, while the regional social and labor flow can be represented as a purposeful change in the parameters of socially active and labor-intensive groups of people involved in the economic system of the region. The article proposes a set of social and labor indicators of the region and their decomposition by flow characteristics (power, renovation, conflict, efficiency) and depending on the nature of their impact on the consumer market. The author analyzes the proposed indicators of social and labor flow of the Ivanovo region over the past ten years, identifies their trends, most of which are negative. In order to develop the consumer market, it is necessary to take a set of measures, the main purpose of which should be to increase the wages of residents of the region.
