Analysis of metals concentrations in the Mologa river (Tver region)

Concentration of 13 metals (Al, B, Ba, Bi, Ca, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Pb, Sb) is defined in the Mologa river by means of ICP-AES. Concentrations of 4 metals (Al, Mg, Mn, Pb) are higher than the standard maximum allowed concentration (MAC). Concentrations of other metals (B, Bi, Ba, Ca, Fe, K, Li, Na, Sb) are below the allowed level. The highest concentrations of metals are recorded from Bezhetsk District, where the main agents of pollution are situated.
