The analysis of the content of metals in water tests from hydrological objects of Tver

Бесплатный доступ

Concentration of 14 metals (Al, B, Ba, Bi, Ca, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Pb, Sb) in the hydrological objects of Tver (Volga River, Tmaka River, Tvertsa River) by means of ICP-AES is defined. Concentration of the most metals (B, Bi, Ba, Ca, Fe, K, Li, Na, Sb) doesn't exceed the maximum allowed concentration (MAC). However, concentration of three metals (Al, Mg, Mn, Pb) is higher than normal. The increased level of heavy metal pollution is characteristic for the Volga River. Heavy-metal water pollution is caused by the industrial enterprises, located in the city.
