The analysis of hierarchy of key categories of the competence-based approach as a basis of diagnostics of multicultural competence of future social workers

The article specifies such concepts as competence and competency, which are the key categories of the competence-based approach. These concepts influence the content of the concept “multicultural competence of future social workers" and the methods of its diagnostics. The authors identify five main properties of the concept: integrity, sociality, regulation, personalization, continuity.
