Analysis of the composition, structure and dynamics of revenues and expenditures of the Russian Federation social insurance fund for 2013-2017, problems of functioning in modern conditions

The article considers main problems of functioning of the social insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the context of macroeconomic instability, which could adversely affect the level of social security of citizens of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this study is based on the analysis of the composition and dynamics of income and expenditure of the social insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to identify the problems of its functioning and to suggest ways of improving the efficiency of use of means of Fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation.
