Analysis of the Russian Federation investment climate at the present stage

One of the most important tasks of the development of the foreign economic component of the Russian economy in the XXI century is to promote investment attraction. The need to ensure a favorable investment environment is predetermined by the necessity of technological progress, updating the infrastructure base, increasing the competitiveness of the business sector in the world market, expanding the country's economic influence zones, etc. Within the framework of this study, it is supposed to assess the level of investment attractiveness of the Russian Federation by analyzing the state of the balance of payments financial account, functional categories of the international investment position, as well as assessing the business climate and the country's participation in international investment cooperation.
