Analysis of the state of the agricultural industry of the Volgograd region

The article examined and analyzed data in the field of agriculture of the Volgograd region. The trend of increasing the share of agriculture in the structure of GRP (gross regional product), as well as the dynamics of agricultural enterprises over the past three years. The main problems of the agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region that impede the solution of the problem of the development of import substitution are identified, as well as short-term tasks of the development of the agricultural industry in this region are proposed.
