Analysis of modern condition and problems of development of innovative potential of the regions of the Russian Federation

In the Russian Federation there is a sufficiently large number of regions, but despite this, it is possible to identify the most obvious and common factors and conditions that in one degree or another influence the formation and development of the innovation potential. The conditions for the formation of the innovative potential of a region are prerequisites, objective circumstances, without which a transition is not possible.
