Analysis of the current state and trends of development of the heat supply industry in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the current state and development trends of the heat supply industry in the Russian Federation. It is noted that the heat supply industry is one of the key ones in the socio-economic development of the state, and is also a reference model for subsequent transformations in other industries and sectors of the economy. One of the main tools for the development of heat supply organizations and the heat supply industry, along with the reconstruction and modernization of the material and technical base, should be the development and timely adjustment of heat supply schemes using modern information technologies, which will improve the quality level of heat energy generation, transportation and distribution.
