Analysis of the current state of the labor market of Krasnodar region

The article analyzes the state of the labor market of Krasnodar region. Identified and considered the most important status indicators of the labour market, such as demographics, migratory flows, level of quality of life, and also analyzed the dynamics of employment, the recommendations on the reduction of unemployment and shows the economic effect of professional retraining of personnel.
